In order to inaugurate, the new Students of English Education
Department (EED) force 2016 of Alauddin Makassar State Islamic University held
inauguration in swiss belinn hotel. The event ongoing from 19:30 to 23:30 on
Friday night, May 19th 2017. The inauguration themed "The Light
Gather Us" in the hope of being the light that unites the entire
generations of EED.
In the inauguration event, EED 2016 successful to make all the guests
who attendanced there mesmerized by awesome performances that they showed from
the beginning until the end of the event. The performances that they showed
were including; anngaru, handmin, theater, percussion, vocal group,
contemporary dance and traditional dances such as paddupa dance, toraja dance,
and 4 ethnic dance. Everything was very creative.
One of the most memorable
performances in the event was handmin which was the first thing that was first
shown by EED 2016 in launching their force name that is FLASHL16T. Such as the
opinion of one of the staff of EED, Juhda Alwiah said, "The inauguration
of EED 2016 was very creative and the
most most memorable showing that made it difference with previous inauguration
is handmin”
Behind the luxury of the event, it spent up much funds, "in order
to succeed our inauguration, we spent over 23 million rupiahs for rent the
place, coach and other preparations" said the chief of committee Rahmat Ramadhan.
The event involved several parties, including from PBI students
themselves, some sponsors and cooperated with LBSM Estetika.
The event was attended by more than 900 people in the ballroom of Swiss
Belinn because it was not only attended by the people of EED major, but also
from the other majors. Their inauguration got positive response, especially
from the head of EED "I am very proud of the preparation and work hard of
my students, I never suppose that their inauguration will be as grand as
magnificent" said Mrs. Kamsinah proudly.
"The hard work of all parties contributed to success the
inauguration and I hope that EED 2016 will become a flashlight for the future
of EED as the name of their force" she added.
Then one of the invited guests who attended the event that Sirhayani
said "EED inauguration that was held at the time in my opinion is one of
the best inauguration ever. The values of tradition were thick, more so bring
up art performances".
Then a similar response gotten by one of the guests of public health
that is Intan Aulia said that she really like the showing that was not only
luxurious but also interesting especially for the handmin, that was very
touching and also for Contemporary dance, love its compactness "
